Feel free to adapt your style to your desires. With the Custom offer, it's your tastes and wishes that speak: send your shoes, and Flaneurz will transform them.
The shoe you are going to send us must meet the following conditions:
/TECHNICAL CONSTRAINTS :
New shoes (never worn outside)
Flat sole made of rubber material
Minimum sole thickness: 7mm at the front and 13mm at the back
The roughness of the sole must not exceed 5mm in the area in contact with the ground
The tongue must allow access to the internal part of the shoe
/ERGONOMIC CONSTRAINTS :
The shoe must provide good support for the heel during walking movement
The shoe can be low
/HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHOE SIZE?
The comfort and ergonomics of the pairs of shoes that will become detachable rollers are at the heart of Flaneurz's quality approach. It is therefore essential to know how to choose your shoe well. In case of doubts, we recommend visiting a physical store to try on the different shoe models and sizes..
Attention: some unscrupulous websites offer counterfeit pairs of shoes. Our technical team reserves the right not to accept the transformation.
The Flaneurz team invites you to refer to our guide “Which shoe for which type of roller skating” in order to find the perfect pair of shoes for you. Make sure before purchasing that your shoes do not contain a metal shank (the shank is a rigid rod at the arch of the foot, often found in leather dress shoes).
/THE PURCHASING PROCESS FOR "CHANGE YOUR SHOES CUSTOM" IS AS FOLLOWS:
/ On the offer page, enter the shoe size you wish to have transformed.
/ Enter the serial number of your rolling part (stamped under the right rolling part or listed on the last page of your user manual)
/ Please provide a URL link so that the technical team can view your new model
/ Proceed to payment.
/ When the Flaneurz technical team validates the photo, send the pair to the address that will then be provided to you.
/ Upon receiving your shoes, the technical team performs a final validation (metal detector check for the shank, precise measurement of the sole) before carrying out the transformation.
/ Flaneurz is sending you your order.
