1. Definition and nature of personal data
When you use the site http://www.flaneurz.com/ (hereinafter: the "Site"), we may ask you to provide us with personal data concerning you.
The term "personal data" refers to all data that can identify an individual, which includes your name, first names, pseudonym, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, data related to your transactions on the Site, details of your purchases, credit card numbers, as well as any other information you choose to communicate to us about yourself.
2. Purpose of this charter
This charter aims to inform you about the means we implement to collect your personal data, while strictly respecting your rights.
We would like to inform you that we comply, in the collection and management of your personal data, with Regulation No. 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), and with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.

The entity responsible for collecting your personal data is Flaneurz, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 48,335.00 euros, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 808 633 192, whose registered office is located at 17 rue Méhul - 93500 Pantin (hereinafter referred to as: "We").

Your personal data is collected to fulfill one or more of the following purposes:
(i) Manage your access to certain services available on the Site and their use,
(ii) Carry out operations related to customer management concerning contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, loyalty programs, and customer relationship follow-ups,
(iii) Create a file of registered members, users, clients, and prospects,
(iv) To send newsletters, solicitations, and promotional messages. If you do not wish to receive them, we give you the option to express your refusal regarding this matter at the time of data collection;
(v) Develop commercial and attendance statistics for our services,
(vi) Organize contests, lotteries, and all promotional operations excluding online gambling and games of chance subject to the approval of the Online Gaming Regulatory Authority
(vii) Manage the management of people's reviews on products, services, or content,
(viii) Manage unpaid debts and any disputes regarding the use of our products and services,
(ix) Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We inform you, when collecting your personal data, whether certain data must be provided mandatory or if they are optional. We also indicate the potential consequences of not responding. The data collected directly by Flaneurz are as follows:

(ii) Last name, first name, address, phone number,
(iii) Size,
(iv) Size.
The data collected from our providers are:
(i) IP address,
(ii) Web browsing information,
(iii) Page view statistics,
(iv) Browsing history,
(v) Transaction information (e.g. amount, date, time),
(vi) Cookies,
(vii) Geolocation information (e.g. IP address).
5. Recipients of the collected data
Only the personnel of our company, the control services (including the statutory auditor), and our subcontractors will have access to your personal data.
Your personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities, solely to meet our legal obligations, legal representatives, ministerial officers, and organizations responsible for debt collection.
6. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data will not be subject to transfers, rentals, or exchanges for the benefit of third parties.
Processing of personal data
We collect personal data for the purpose of:
(i) Manage and operate our Site (registration, navigation, and access to site features),
(ii) Carry out marketing activities (registration and receipt of newsletter),
(iii) Manage your purchases on the Site,
(iv) To provide you with customer service,
(v) Prevent fraud,
(vi) To comply with our obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and community law, as well as to establish and defend a legal right.
8. Retention period for personal data
(i) Regarding data related to the management of clients and prospects:
Your personal data will not be retained beyond the strictly necessary duration for managing our business relationship with you. However, data that serves to establish proof of a right or a contract, which must be retained in compliance with a legal obligation, will be kept for the duration specified by the applicable law.
Regarding potential prospecting operations aimed at clients, their data may be retained for a period of three years from the end of the business relationship.
The personal data related to a prospect, who is not a client, may be retained for a period of three years from the date of collection or the last contact from the prospect. At the end of this three-year period, we may reach out to you to see if you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.
(ii) Regarding identification documents:
In the event of exercising the right of access or rectification, data related to identity documents may be retained for the period specified in Article 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is one year. In the event of exercising the right of opposition, this data may be archived for the statute of limitations period provided by Article 8 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is three years.
(iii) Regarding data related to credit cards:
The financial transactions related to the payment of purchases and fees through the Site are entrusted to a payment service provider that ensures their proper execution and security.
For the purposes of the services, this payment service provider may be required to receive your personal data related to your credit card numbers, which it collects and retains on our behalf and for our account.
We do not have access to this data.
To allow you to make regular purchases or to settle related fees on the Site, your credit card information is retained for the duration of your registration on the Site and at least until the moment you complete your last transaction.
By checking the box expressly provided for this purpose on the Site, you give us your explicit consent for this retention.
The data related to the visual cryptogram or CVV2, printed on your bank card, is not stored.
If you refuse to have your personal data related to your credit card numbers stored under the conditions specified above, we will not retain this data beyond the time necessary to complete the transaction.
In any case, the data related to these may be retained for the purpose of proof in the event of a potential dispute regarding the transaction, in intermediate archives, for the duration specified by Article L 133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code, namely 13 months following the debit date. This period may be extended to 15 months to account for the possibility of using deferred debit payment cards.
(iv) Regarding the management of opposition lists to receive marketing: The information allowing for the consideration of your right to object is kept for a minimum of three years from the exercise of the right to object.
(v) Regarding audience measurement statistics:
The information stored on users' devices or any other element used to identify buyers and allowing for their traceability or attendance will not be retained for more than 6 months.
9- Security
We inform you that we take all necessary precautions, appropriate organizational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. We will also use secure payment systems that comply with the state of the art and applicable regulations.
10- Cookies
Cookies are text files, often encrypted, stored in your browser. We use a statistical audience analysis tool that generates a cookie to measure the number of visits to the Site, the number of pages viewed, and visitor activity. Your IP address is also collected to determine the city from which you are connecting. The retention period for this cookie is mentioned in Article 7 (v) of this charter.
We remind you that you can oppose the placement of cookies by configuring your browser. However, such a refusal may prevent the Site from functioning properly.

When you choose to provide your personal data, you expressly give your consent for the collection and use of that data in accordance with what is stated in this charter and the applicable legislation.
12. Access to your personal data and the right to be forgotten
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you have the right to obtain communication and, if applicable, the rectification or deletion of data and to exercise a "right to be forgotten." 14- Modifications

Your use of the Site following the effective date of these modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the new charter. If you do not agree with this new charter, you must no longer access the Site. When we publish modifications to this privacy policy, we will update the "Effective Date" statement below to indicate the effective date of these modifications.
